James Norton is a food writer who has worked, in the past, as a Middle East news editor and a radio producer. His weekly column appears on Chow.com and he edits the Heavy Table, a frequently updated online magazine about food and drink in the Upper Midwest. He has written about food for numerous publications including Popular Science, The Christian Science Monitor, Minnesota Monthly and Salon.
Becca and Jim both grew up in Madison, Wisconsin, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. They were married in May of 2007.

I am actually her daughter and, infact, a bookbinder http://www.blackcatbindery.com but we were so astonished by what argan oil can do and the social / economic help that it can bring to the local population that I decided to start to import it from the womens cooperatives in Morocco.
