Hello James and Becca,
Sorry I didn't get back to you but I did read the draft you put together on myself and wanted you to know it looks great. My wife laughs at the "slightly scruffy" comment but likes the draft also. Thanks for the mentions of us in the city pages and on your website, it does help as people do notice. Again thanks and if you need anything else let me know, hope to see you guys again.
Best regards!

I can't tell you how excited I was to discover your blog today. I'm going to pass it along to many friends. I'm living in California where I evangelize the wonderful cheeses from "my homeland" every day and curse the TV when I see those "happy cows come from California" commercials.

Oh thank you, thank you, thank you for taking this Wisconsin girl back in time! It's been three years since my last trip home (Abrams, just north of Green Bay) and I can't wait to eat at Kroll's. Only 8 more days to go... butter on that burger? Yes, please!

Hello James and Becca,

I was so excited to hear about the book your are making. A friend and I started Wisconsin Specialty Cheeses, LLC to help get the word out about the great taste and love put into Wisconsin cheeses.

Wisconsin Specialty Cheeses, LLC started in November 2007. We have had several cheese club orders and are looking into expanding our business.

Would we be able to make your book available to purchase online on our website. Let me know what you think of this prospect.

Thank you for your wonderful website! I can't wait to get my hands on your book. Please provide order information when it is available.
