If Wisconsin master-made cheese has an analogue in the world of honey, it’s the hand-crafted, fussily selected, gorgeously pure stuff made by beekeeper Doug Schulz and the Wisconsin Natural Acres team. WNA was kind enough to send some of their product our way for our Master Cheesemakers of Wisconsin tour, so look for it at the various tastings we’ll be hosting along the way.

We’ll be appearing in Monroe, WI, at Brennan’s Market on Monday, Nov. 23. If you don’t know Monroe, it’s the heart of traditional cheesemaking in Wisconsin, so it’s an exciting place for us to do an event. And Brennan’s works with master cheesemakers on a daily basis, so we suspect that they’ll be a great fit.
We’ll also be at a Brennan’s location (to be determined) in Madison on Wednesday, Nov. 25.
