After a few rounds of chatting with our publisher, the University of Wisconsin Press, it appears that we have a publication date:
November 25, 2009.

We do love pleasant ridge reserve, and it has a fabulous story. They are not currently certified as Master cheese makers, so we haven’t had the chance to visit them yet.
